Partnership targets rare-earths in Greenland
GreenMet, Tanbreez and Critical Metals Corp hope to source more critical minerals for the Western world.

Greenland represents one of the largest deposits outside China.
The Tanbreez Project, in the south of the country, contains a mix of high-value, heavy, rare-earth (HREE), zirconium and niobium deposits.
A mining licence has been granted through to 2050.
A Preliminary Economic Assessment for 2025 projects a US$3.04bln net present value with more than 27% HREE content.
The strategic location allows deep-water fjord access, as well as proximity to existing infrastructure, and a low-radiation profile.
