IOM3 Investigates... Pride month – dissecting the intersectional experience

Our member network groups discuss a topic that is an increasing area of focus when looking at diversity – intersectionality

In light of Pride Month (June 2021), our IOM3Pride group has teamed up with Ethnic Minorities in Materials, Minerals and Mining (EMM3), and Ably Different in Materials Minerals and Mining (ADM3) hosted by IOM3 Diversity Lead, Shardell Joseph, participants include IOM3Pride Chair, Emily Radley, ADM3 Chair, Martin Griffin, ADM3 Vice Chair and member of IOM3Pride and EMM3, Animesh Anand, and EMM3 member, Nicole Lee, sharing their intersectional experiences, and discussing how the impacts of being an intersectional person in the workplace, and how to improve the environment for with one or more characteristics.
