Industrial Energy Transformation Fund showcasing funded projects

The Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ), in collaboration with Innovate UK KTN, will be hosting a webinar on the 15 May to showcase some of the funded projects from Phase 2 of the Industrial Energy Transformation Fund (IETF).

The IETF supports businesses with high energy use with capital investment to transition to a low carbon future, and to cut their energy bills and carbon emissions through increased energy efficiency and decarbonisation relating to the industrial process itself. Government will launch Phase 3 of the IETF, worth up to £185m in 2024. 

The event will present the overall impact that the IETF programme has delivered during Phase 1 and 2 as well as focussing on some of the industrial sites who are planning to deploy technologies to reduce their energy demand with support from the IETF. DESNZ will also share details of the upcoming consultation for Phase 3 of the IETF programme.
