Dear IOM3 Member,
We hope that you will join our Institute at our 2021-22 Annual Dinner will be held at the County Hotel Newcastle, 7pm for 7:30pm, on Saturday the 2nd of April 2022.

It is my great pleasure to invite you to our Institute’s belated 2021-22 Annual Dinner, once again being held in conjunction with the Newcastle University Mining Department Alumni Reunion Dinner. We once again look forward to the joining of our two communities as well as being joined by our invited guests from professional organisations from across the North of England as well as the incoming President of ABMEC (the Association of British Mining Equipment Companies). We are currently finalising arrangements for a pre-dinner lecture and reception; details to follow at a later date.
This year the dinner will be four courses, including tea, coffee, port and mints to finish. Wine is not included but will be available to buy on the night. As with previous Dinners, partners and guests are very welcome to join the evening. To obtain a ticket to the dinner please fill out and return the attached form which also includes the payment information. In order to get an accurate indication of numbers for the venue I would be grateful if you could respond to this invitation as early as possible before the deadline of the 24th of March 2022.
