Relations with IOM3 Affiliated Societies are managed by the IOM3 Local Affairs Committee, which reports to the IOM3 Members' Board. The IOM3 Advisory Council has 7 members elected to represent each of our Regions.

Newport & Cardiff Materials Society (NCMS)

Based in South East Wales, we are a materials society that is affiliated to IOM3. Our aim is to provide knowledge-sharing and networking opportunities for the local materials community.

South Wales Materials Association (SWMA)

The South Wales Materials Association cover an area from Cardiff to as far west as Aberystwyth. The majority of our events are held at Swansea University Bay Campus

West of England Metals & Materials Association (WEMMA)

The WEMMA is affiliated to IOM3 and aims to provide a service to all materials professionals in the West of England by organizing talks and events and providing a focus for discussions.
