Registration fees will include attendance to the live event (on-site or virtual) and access to the full event content, on-demand for at least six months post event via a personal link to the event platform (including an electronic copy of the book of written papers).
Onsite tickets will also include access to the social programme on both conference days and the option to join plant tours.
Booking Guarantee
In light of the current uncertainty regarding travel, for confirmed onsite ticket purchases, we guarantee to refund the price difference between onsite and virtual tickets if travel restrictions apply at the time of the conference. A Letter of Invitation is a proof for conference registration and attendance application. It will be stated in English and may help with your visa application. However, it does not guarantee you a visa. Invitation letters will only be issued once your registration and payment have been confirmed.
