Materials Processing - The Road to Net-zero

Half-day course examining how material processors can embark on the journey to Net-zero

The next course will take place on Tuesday 8 October 2024.


We are delighted to be running a half-day online course on the Road to net-zero for Materials Processors, in partnership with Robin Kent from Tangram Technology Ltd.  

How to achieve net-zero has become an important question for all forms of industry. But what does net-zero really mean and what practical steps can be taken today, and in the future, for materials processors to achieve their targets. On this half-day course, Robin Kent will take you through the basics of net-zero and what it means in practice alongside essential actions required to start the journey towards it.

The course will be delivered over 4 modules;

Module 1 - Introduction

Module 2 - Net-zero basics

Module 3 - The actions

Module 4 - What to do now

This course is relevant to anyone with an interest in sustainability and reducing the environmental impact of their business.

The course fee for this half-day programme which will be held virtually via Zoom is £330 plus VAT at 20% where applicable. IOM3 members and subscribers to our Business Partner Programme are entitled to a discount of 10% on the course fee.
