I am an experienced Learning and Development professional with a passion for helping people and businesses succeed. With over 25 years experience within the financial services sector, I’ve covered a variety of Learning & Development and Business roles.
Since leaving the Financial Services sector I have worked with organisations within a variety of industries including manufacturing, healthcare, local government, pharmaceuticals, chemical and with universities in the UK and Global. This has covered the design and delivery of specific training interventions including Leadership and Management, Executive Coaching, Performance and Talent Management, Change Management, Team Leading, Presentation & Facilitation skills, Project Management and Graduate Recruitment.
I have a passionate interest all aspects of learning and development techniques and have worked in L&D, delivering training solutions for large corporate organisations, small companies and everything in between. My aim is to develop learning pathways to improve the performance of individuals and ultimately benefit the organisation. Taking an holistic approach, encompass all learning styles and needs, whilst encouraging innovative thinking and enabling access to learning.
I combine the best traditional techniques with the latest ideas in learning and development to ensure effective and sustainable results.
