Asset Management, Maintenance & Reliability

A suite of courses on understanding and optimising the maintenance process

Asset management and maintenance (AMM) is fundamental to the optimal running of any engineering business.  Understanding and implementing a regular maintenance programme saves money and enables business risks to be managed.
It also:
  • Increases process stability and predictability
  • Reduces maintenance and production costs
  • Increases staff efficiency
  • Reduces the requirement for many spare parts to be kept in stock
  • Extends equipment performance and limits unexpected breakdowns
  • Increases workplace safety

The ultimate outcome of good asset management and maintenance is increased profits and extended equipment life.

We are delighted to be partnering with Matthew Laskaj of Project Engineering Management Ltd. to host a suite of four courses which will allow you to develop your skills in these areas.  You are welcome to book as many of the four courses as you need to but if you attend all four, you will receive and IOM3 Certificate in Asset Management, Maintenance and Reliability..

There is also the option to hold a bespoke version of any aspect of the series as an in-house course, please contact [email protected]
